How to get movies & TV from Amazon Video On Demand™
When you link your tivo.com account to your amazon.com account, you'll be able to rent or buy over 30,000 movies and TV shows and have them automatically downloaded to the Now Playing List of your broadband-connected TiVo DVR.

Before you begin: linking your Amazon and TiVo account
Before you can start downloading movies and TV shows to your DVR you need to go through a one-time setup process to link your amazon.com account and your tivo.com account together. Once you have this set up you will be able to easily order videos from your TiVo DVR or from amazon.com any time you are in the mood.
- Show the steps

On your computer, sign into your tivo.com account at tivo.com/manage.

Select “DVR preferences” on the left, and make sure your TiVo DVRs are enabled for video downloads.

Sign in to your amazon.com account and confirm it is set up for 1-Click® purchasing.

Go to www.amazon.com/gp/video/tivo.

Click the “Register Now” button and follow the instructions to link your Amazon and TiVo accounts.

Once your registration is complete, you can start selecting movies and TV to download to by either going to TiVo Central on your DVR and follwing the instructions in the next section below, or by going to amazon.com/gp/video/ontv/tivo.
Note: You can also link your accounts directly from your TiVo DVR, just go to 'TiVo Central' > 'Find Programs & Downloads' > 'Download TV, Movies, & Web Video' > 'Amazon Video On Demand' and select a video you would like to download. You will then be prompted to do the one-time account linking by providing your amazon.com email address, your amazon.com password and your tivo.com password. to complete your linking you will set up a 5-digit PIN that you will use every time you rent or purchase a video from the TV.
Finding and downloading TV & movies — from your TV
Once your accounts are linked you can easily find and download movies right from your couch.
- Show the steps

Go to 'TiVo Central' > 'Find Programs and Downloads' > 'Download TV, Movies, & Web Video' > 'Amazon Video on Demand'.

From here you can browse top movie rentals, special deals, the latest TV episodes, and more.

When you find a video you want, select the rental or purchase option you prefer, and enter your 5-digit PIN. Your video will begin to download in a few minutes and will appear in your Now Playing List.
Note: You can also search for your favorites by going to 'TiVo Central' > 'Find Programs & Downloads' > 'Universal Swivel Search' and typing in part of a title or an actor's name. Programs that are available to download are marked with a download icon

Finding and downloading TV & movies — from your computer
Even if you are away from your TiVo DVR you can still browse, search, and purchase videos to be downloaded directly to your DVR. Here's how:
- Show the steps

Go to amazon.com/gp/video/ontv/tivo, where you will find helpful links on the left like "Rent TiVo-ready movies", "Buy TiVo-ready movies", and "TV for TiVo".

When you find a video you want, click on it.

On the right side of the page, look for the "Rent now with 1-click"
or "Buy now with 1-click"
button.
Click the appropriate button, and a pop-up will allow you to select your TiVo DVR.

Complete the purchase. Your video will begin to download within a few minutes and will appear in your Now Playing List.

Rentals must be viewed within 24 hours of starting playback. Rentals not started after 30 days will be deleted, and must be re-rented to view. Purchases may be kept on your TiVo DVR as long as you like. If you delete one you can typically re-download it at no additional charge from your Amazon Media Library.
